Terms of Service

1. Who we are

On-Da-Mac Productions (“we”, “us”) provides artist booking and related management tools for promoters, venues, private clients, and represented artists. Contact: ondamac@gmail.com - Saint Lucia.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

3. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request is an enquiry, not a guaranteed booking, until we confirm it in writing (including by email or through the platform). Fees, deposits, riders, and cancellation terms for a confirmed engagement are those agreed for that booking.

4. Payments

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown. Online payment, where offered, is processed by our payment provider. Chargebacks or failed payments may affect confirmation of an engagement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass artists, staff, or other users.

6. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and our content remain our property (or our licensors’). Artist names, likenesses, and press materials remain owned by the relevant rights holders and are shown for booking purposes only.

7. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for cancellations caused by force majeure, artist illness, travel disruption, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
