Privacy Policy
Effective 25 July 2026. How On-Da-Mac Productions collects, uses, and protects personal data under the GDPR and applicable privacy law.
1. Controller
On-Da-Mac Productions is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. Contact us at ondamac@gmail.com (Saint Lucia).
2. Data we collect
- Account data - name, email, password (hashed), phone, organisation, profile photo.
- Booking data - event details, venue, dates, messages related to enquiries.
- Billing data - invoice records and payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
- Technical data - login timestamps, security logs, and basic device/browser information needed to run the service.
3. Why we process data (legal bases)
- Contract - to create your account, handle booking requests, and issue invoices.
- Legitimate interests - to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
- Legal obligation - where we must keep financial or contractual records.
- Consent - for optional marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data with processors who help us operate the service (hosting, email, calendar sync, e-signature, and payment providers), only as needed and under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account we anonymise login credentials and personal profile fields. Booking and invoice records may be retained where needed for contracts, accounting, or disputes, then deleted or further anonymised when no longer required. Documents and folders held in the organisation’s library remain available to authorised staff until they remove them; deleting your login does not erase those files.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, you may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your account and personal data (right to be forgotten), subject to legal retention needs
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Signed-in users can download their data and delete their account from Settings. You can also email ondamac@gmail.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, access controls, and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we hold such data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Significant changes may also be notified by email or in-product notice.
